The Mission
The mission of the CASTELY SOCCER ACADEMY ultimately is to elevate the passion and spirit of soccer and to help players learn to love and respect the game all while having fun and developing fundamentally sound soccer players who become leaders with character in the future.
CASTELY SOCCER ACADEMY’s mission defines expectations both on the field and off. CASTELY SOCCER ACADEMY strives for a level of soccer performance that will frequently produce winning seasons and the realistic opportunity to compete for a team championship and individual acknowledgment and promotion. Our mission also encourages our members to be student-athletes, individuals who are mindful of the importance of academic distinction.
The guiding principle behind
The guiding principle behind CASTELY SOCCER ACADEMY’s participation in youth soccer is our belief in its value to promote player development all while promoting positive character traits that lead to personal growth and success in a child’s life. These include the duty to take an individual’s talents to the highest level of performance; embracing discipline needed to reach high standards; learning to work with others as a team in pursuit of a common goal; and adherence to codes of integrity, dedication, and respect. Soccer plays an important role in creating a sense of camaraderie and community within our club.

Committed to the Physical and Emotional
CASTELY SOCCER ACADEMY (CSA) is also committed to the physical and emotional well-being of our members and to the social development of the whole person. We recognize the great demands placed on today’s student-athlete and we aim to provide a support system to assist them manage these demands and get the most out of their CSA experience.
Composed of National
CASTELY SOCCER ACADEMY’s (CSA) program shall be composed of national, regional, state, and local opportunities that meet the needs, interests, and abilities of our male and female athletes. In the vision of expansion to development of soccer, CASTELY SOCCER ACADEMY (CSA) will create opportunities for participation in recreational soccer, implement quality age appropriate training, emphasis on development over winning, provide player and team instructional camps, continue its pursuit of coaching education excellence, and strive to have fun and inspire the players that we work with. CASTELY SOCCER ACADEMY (CSA) athletes are expected to adhere to a level of behavior that brings credit to themselves and the club and uphold the values of our mission.
